- A grisly discovery inside a bright yellow College Park home Wednesday led to the arrest of a real-estate agent on a murder charge, authorities in Orlando said.Investigators said 46-year-old real estate agent Caryn Kelley shot and killed her boyfriend, 46-year-old Phillip Peatross, sometime before 5 a.m. Wednesday.
Sgt. Vincent Ogburn of the Orlando Police Department said Peatross and Kelley lived together at the house in the 900 block of West Smith Street — just west of busy Edgewater Drive.
